THE PAC-12 APP
Terms of Use and Service
Last Updated: July 13, 2026
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain important provisions that affect your legal rights, including restrictions on use of Pac-12 content, disclaimers, limits on liability, an arbitration agreement, a jury trial waiver, and a class action waiver. Please read them carefully before using The Pac-12 App.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to The Pac-12 App. These Terms of Use and Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of The Pac-12 App, related websites, mobile applications, connected-TV applications, video players, software, digital features, emails, push notifications, live streams, video-on-demand content, highlights, replays, original programming, scores, schedules, statistics, school pages, fan engagement features, ticketing links, merchandise links, advertising, sponsorship integrations, and any other products or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc. ("VIP," "we," "us," or "our") in collaboration with the Pac-12 Conference and/or its applicable affiliates, successors, licensees, vendors, and authorized service providers. References to "Pac-12" mean the Pac-12 Conference and its applicable affiliates or successors. References to "Member Institutions" mean current and future schools, universities, and affiliate members that participate in the Pac-12 Conference or provide content, marks, data, or related materials through the Service.
By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms, official rules, policies, and disclosures that are presented to you or referenced in the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity. If you are a parent or legal guardian and allow a minor to use the Service, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Service.
2. Changes to These Terms and the Service
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, business practices, technology, applicable law, or content rights. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, which may include posting the updated Terms in the Service, sending an email, or presenting an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, supported devices, content libraries, school pages, live events, schedules, reward programs, advertising formats, or functionality. We will provide notice where required by law.

3. Privacy Policy and Additional Terms
Our collection, use, sharing, and protection of personal information is described in The Pac-12 App Privacy Policy, which is available in the Service and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Certain features may be subject to additional terms, official rules, or disclosures, including contests, sweepstakes, promotions, fan rewards, ticket offers, merchandise offers, school-specific programs, third-
party authentication, app-store terms, or sponsor offers. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for the specific feature or transaction to which they apply.
You consent to receive legal notices, account notices, service notices, security notices, and other communications electronically, including by email, in-app message, push notification, or posting within the Service. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a notice be in writing.
4. Eligibility, Minors, and Account Responsibility
The Service is intended for users located in the United States, unless we state otherwise for a particular feature or item of content. Some content, features, and offers may be available only in certain locations, to certain users, on certain devices, or during certain periods.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit information through the Service, unless we expressly provide a child-directed experience with verified parental consent. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to enter into a binding agreement, participate in a promotion that requires adult eligibility, or complete a purchase through a third-party ticketing, merchandise, donation, sponsor, or commerce provider.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the content and features available through the Service are appropriate for minors in their care. Live sports, commentary, user content, advertisements, and linked third-party services may include material that some users find objectionable or unsuitable for children.
5. Accounts, Credentials, and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information updated, including your email address, phone number, school preferences, and other account details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, use another person's account without permission, create accounts through automated means, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, abuse promotions, manipulate rewards, or circumvent a suspension.
You agree to notify us promptly at info@videostreamip.com if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization. We may require additional verification before granting access, processing account changes, or restoring an account.

6. Access, Devices, Updates, and Connectivity
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible devices, operating systems, internet access, mobile service, data plans, and other equipment needed to use the Service. Your carrier, internet provider, app store, device manufacturer, or platform provider may charge fees or impose restrictions.
Streaming live and on-demand video can use substantial data. Standard messaging, data, roaming, and other carrier charges may apply.
Some features may require app updates, operating system updates, minimum bandwidth, location permissions, push notification permissions, or other device permissions. We may stop supporting older app versions, devices, operating systems, browsers, or platforms. Your use of updates, modifications, or replacement versions is governed by these Terms and any additional terms presented with the update.
The quality and availability of streams may vary based on your device, connection, network congestion, location, content format, DRM requirements, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
7. No Subscription Required to Watch Content
The Pac-12 App does not require a paid subscription from users to watch video content made available through the Service. VIP does not charge users a video subscription fee to access live streams, video-on-
demand content, highlights, replays, or original programming currently made available in the Service.
Content may still be subject to availability, rights, authentication, geographic restrictions, school or conference restrictions, device limitations, advertising, sponsorship, technical requirements, or other limits described in these Terms or within the Service.
If a third-party platform, ticketing provider, merchandise provider, donation platform, sponsor, app store, carrier, internet provider, or other third party charges you fees in connection with your device, data plan, ticket purchase, merchandise purchase, donation, event attendance, or other transaction, those charges are separate from any right to watch video content in The Pac-12 App and are governed by that third party's terms.
8. Pac-12 Content and Your Limited License
The Service includes content and materials owned by or licensed to VIP, Pac-12, Member Institutions, media partners, sponsors, vendors, athletes, artists, and other third parties, including games, events, live streams, replays, highlights, original programming, interviews, articles, photos, graphics, logos, trademarks, school names, mascots, statistics, data, audio, video, software, user interfaces, and other materials (collectively, "Content").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and view available Content for your personal, noncommercial entertainment and informational use only. This is a license, not a sale or assignment of ownership rights.
Except as expressly permitted by us in writing or within the Service, you may not copy, record, reproduce, download, store, archive, publish, upload, transmit, stream-capture, rebroadcast, retransmit, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, exploit, or use any Content or part of the Service for commercial, promotional, training, data-mining, or artificial intelligence purposes.
No right, title, or interest in the Service, Content, VIP technology, Pac-12 marks, Member Institution marks, or any related intellectual property is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by VIP, Pac-12, Member Institutions, and their respective licensors.

9. Live Events, Replays, Highlights, Blackouts, and Availability
The availability of live events, video-on-demand content, replays, highlights, original programming, school-
produced content, and other Content may change at any time. Content may be delayed, substituted, edited, shortened, removed, or made unavailable due to rights restrictions, production issues, technical issues, scheduling changes, legal requirements, weather, event postponements, conference decisions, school decisions, or other circumstances.
We do not guarantee that any particular game, event, team, school, sport, replay, highlight, broadcast, or program will be available in the Service or remain available for any particular period.
Certain live events or other Content may be subject to blackouts, geographic restrictions, authentication requirements, device restrictions, platform restrictions, or other rights limitations. We may use location technologies, IP address information, device information, account information, or other methods to help determine eligibility to access certain Content.
Statistics, scores, schedules, standings, rosters, rankings, and related information are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate. Official conference or school records may differ.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not, and will not help or encourage anyone else to:
• copy, record, download, stream-capture, redistribute, rebroadcast, retransmit, sell, license, publicly perform, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content or part of the Service except as expressly permitted by us;
• circumvent, disable, remove, modify, or interfere with any digital rights management, watermarking, geo-filtering, authentication, security, advertising, or access-control technology;
• use the Service or Content with any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, data-mining tool, AI training tool, automated process, or other method to collect, copy, index, archive, monitor, or extract data or Content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Service, video player, software, APIs, or technology;
• use VPNs, proxies, location-spoofing tools, false information, or other methods to conceal your location or identity or to access Content that is not available to you;
• frame, mirror, embed, deep-link, or display the Service or Content in a manner that falsely suggests an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or relationship with VIP, Pac-12, a Member Institution, or another party;
• interfere with, disrupt, overburden, damage, or impair the Service, networks, servers, security, or other users' experience;
• upload, transmit, or introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, spam, phishing content, or other malicious material;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, rights restriction, event rule, venue policy, school policy, or third-
party platform term.

11. Tickets, Merchandise, Donations, Sponsor Offers, and Third-Party Transactions
The Service may link to or display ticketing offers, merchandise offers, donations, concessions, parking, travel, hospitality, sponsor offers, coupons, affiliate links, or other third-party products and services. Unless we expressly state otherwise, those transactions are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, prices, refund rules, fulfillment rules, venue policies, and customer support processes.
Unless we expressly state that VIP is the seller or merchant of record, third-party transactions are between you and the applicable third party. VIP, Pac-12, and Member Institutions are not responsible for third-party products, fulfillment, refunds, exchanges, taxes, delivery, venue policies, ticket restrictions, seat locations, event cancellations, payment security, or customer support.
We may receive compensation, sponsorship value, advertising fees, affiliate fees, referral fees, revenue share, data, or other consideration in connection with third-party links, offers, advertising, or transactions.
12. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Communications
The Service may include advertising, sponsorships, branded content, product placement, affiliate links, calls to action, promotions, and other commercial messages. Advertising volume, format, and frequency may vary by content, device, location, and time.
You may not block, remove, modify, interfere with, or circumvent advertising, sponsorship, measurement, or attribution features in the Service.
With your consent where required, we may send you email, push notifications, SMS/text messages, in-app messages, or other communications regarding the Service, your account, teams, schools, events, promotions, rewards, sponsor offers, or other updates. You can manage many communication preferences in the Service, through your device settings, by using unsubscribe links, or, for SMS/text messages, by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texts or calls is not required to use the Service.
13. Fan Rewards, Points, Badges, and Promotions
The Service may include fan engagement, loyalty, rewards, points, badges, tiers, challenges, leaderboards, check-ins, trivia, polls, sweepstakes, contests, prize opportunities, sponsor offers, or similar features (collectively, "Rewards Features"). Rewards Features are for entertainment and engagement only unless official rules state otherwise.
Points, badges, tiers, status, virtual items, or other Rewards Features have no cash value, are not property, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and may be modified, suspended, reset, revoked, or discontinued at any time. We may correct errors, adjust balances, disqualify users, or remove activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, automated, or inconsistent with these Terms or official rules.
Sweepstakes, contests, and promotions will be subject to separate official rules that may include eligibility requirements, entry instructions, deadlines, odds, prizes, taxes, and restrictions. If official rules conflict with these Terms, the official rules control for that promotion.
14. User Content and Feedback
The Service may allow you to submit, upload, post, transmit, or make available comments, photos, videos, audio, messages, profile information, reactions, poll responses, contest entries, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content.
The Pac-12 App Terms of Use | VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary for your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any person or entity, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, athlete likeness, or other rights.
You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, misleading, fraudulent, spam, advertising, solicitation, malware, or otherwise objectionable.
You grant VIP, Pac-12, Member Institutions, and their respective licensees, vendors, successors, and designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Service, Pac-12 programming, marketing, promotion, sponsorship, social media, archival use, and related business purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional notice, approval, attribution, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
We may monitor, screen, remove, edit, refuse, disable, or delete User Content at any time, but we are not required to do so. We do not endorse User Content and are not responsible for User Content submitted by users.
15. Unsolicited Ideas
VIP, Pac-12, and Member Institutions do not accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, proposals, scripts, concepts, business plans, formats, show ideas, content ideas, product ideas, or other materials. If you submit unsolicited ideas, you agree that they are not confidential, no fiduciary or special relationship is created, and you are not entitled to compensation, credit, review, or consideration of any kind.
16. Third-Party Services and Platform Terms
The Service may integrate with, link to, or be made available through third-party websites, applications, platforms, services, social networks, app stores, connected-TV platforms, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, ticketing providers, merchandise providers, streaming technology vendors, or authentication providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, security, availability, practices, products, or transactions. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.
If you download or use the Service through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Samsung, LG, Vizio, a mobile carrier, a connected-TV platform, or another app store or platform provider, your use is also subject to that provider's terms, rules, and policies. Those providers are not responsible for the Service, Content, support, maintenance, warranty, claims, intellectual property issues, or compliance matters except as required by their own terms or applicable law.
17. Copyright and DMCA Notices
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. We may remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated copyright agent. Your notice should include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the

copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated Agent: Legal Department, VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc. Email: legal@videostreamip.com.
This contact information is for copyright/legal notices. General support questions should be sent to info@videostreamip.com.
18. Accessibility
VIP is committed to supporting a positive and accessible experience for fans using The Pac-12 App. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to support accessibility within the Service and to improve accessibility over time.
Some content may be provided by schools, media partners, sponsors, users, or other third parties. We may not control all third-party content or whether all such content includes captions, audio description, transcripts, alt text, or other accessibility features.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, please contact us at info@videostreamip.com with a description of the issue, the device/platform, the content or page involved, and your preferred contact information so we can review the matter.
19. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, account, Content, Rewards Features, or any feature if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, rights restrictions, security requirements, official rules, or third-party platform terms; if your conduct creates risk or potential legal exposure; if rights or technology become unavailable; or if we discontinue all or part of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and Content ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property restrictions, User Content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions.
20. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIP, PAC-12, MEMBER INSTITUTIONS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, VENDORS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND QUALITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, AVAILABLE IN ANY LOCATION, AVAILABLE ON ANY DEVICE, OR AVAILABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR EVENT OR PERIOD. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT ANY CONTENT, SCORE, STATISTIC, SCHEDULE, OR OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR PERSONAL, NONCOMMERCIAL, ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CONTENT IN THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, HEALTH, GAMBLING, BETTING, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
The Pac-12 App Terms of Use | VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIP, PAC-12, MEMBER INSTITUTIONS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, VENDORS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST REVENUE; LOST DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; DEVICE DAMAGE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, DELAY, BLACKOUT, CONTENT REMOVAL, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
22. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VIP, Pac-12, Member Institutions, and their respective affiliates, vendors, sponsors, licensors, distributors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or Content; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms, additional terms, official rules, or applicable law; (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (e) activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any indemnified claim without our prior written consent.
23. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Jury Trial Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, NOT IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court and disputes relating to ownership or enforcement of intellectual property rights, you and VIP agree to resolve any claim, dispute, action, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, Content, these Terms, transactions, communications, privacy, advertising, or our relationship (each, a "Dispute") through final and binding individual arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting a Dispute must send a written notice of dispute to the other party. Notices to VIP must be sent to: VideoStream Interactive Partners, Attn: Legal Department, , Email: legal@videostreamip.com. The notice must include the claimant's name, address, email address, telephone number, account information if applicable, a detailed description of the Dispute, the specific relief sought, and a calculation of any claimed monetary relief. You must personally sign the notice. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute informally for at least 60 days after receipt of a complete notice, including by telephone or video conference if requested.
If the Dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate arbitration administered by National Arbitration and Mediation ("NAM") under its consumer arbitration rules, as modified by these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. The
The Pac-12 App Terms of Use | VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc.
arbitrator may award individual relief that a court could award, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual Dispute. The arbitrator may not preside over a class, consolidated, representative, private attorney general, or collective proceeding.
YOU AND VIP WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU AND VIP ALSO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, PARTICIPATE IN, OR RECEIVE RELIEF THROUGH ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are asserted against a party by the same or coordinated counsel or entities, the parties agree to use staged proceedings, bellwether arbitrations, mediation, and other reasonable procedures adopted by the arbitration provider or ordered by a court to promote fair and efficient resolution. While staged procedures are pending, non-selected claims will not be filed, administered, or assessed arbitration fees until selected for arbitration or otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@videostreamip.com or, if permitted by applicable law and approved by counsel, by email to legal@videostreamip.com within 30 days after you first become subject to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of the class action waiver or jury trial waiver to the extent they are enforceable outside arbitration.
If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration.
24. Governing Law and Court Venue
These Terms and any Dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement.
For any Dispute not subject to arbitration or small claims court, you and VIP consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
California users are entitled to the following consumer notice under California Civil Code Section 1789.3: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted at 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254, or online at https://www.dca.ca.gov/.
25. Export Controls, Sanctions, and Compliance
You may not access or use the Service in violation of U.S. export control laws, economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or other applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including laws relating to intellectual property, privacy, publicity, communications, consumer protection, promotions, and event attendance.
The Pac-12 App Terms of Use | VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc.
26. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and VIP regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Service.
Pac-12, Member Institutions, app-store providers, content licensors, and technology providers may be third-party beneficiaries of provisions intended to protect their rights, marks, content, technology, or platforms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or operation of law.
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, power outages, cyber incidents, government action, court orders, rights restrictions, production failures, equipment failures, or acts or omissions of third parties.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "includes" mean "including without limitation." These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and VIP, Pac-12, or any Member Institution.
27. Contact Us
